Meet Your SLAs with DXi

Our DXi backup appliances provide a uniquely powerful solution for meeting your backup needs and SLA requirements. DXi offers the industry’s most efficient variable-length deduplication, which minimizes disk requirements and dramatically shrinks your replication bandwidth needs. Plus, DXi’s high-speed disk backup and data-recovery capabilities allow you to reduce your backup windows and save on resources.

DXi appliances fit both small office environments and large enterprise data centers. In some cases, the appliances can run as VMs, eliminating costly hardware and providing scalability as your requirements change over time. Finally, DXi appliances integrate with the broadest range of software applications in the industry, giving you the flexibility to use your current investments or to easily change applications in the future.

Monitor System Health Remotely with Quantum Cloud-Based Analytics

Our DXi appliances now connect to Quantum’s Cloud-Based Analytics (CBA) software, a cloud-based services tool that enables end-to-end communication between your systems and Quantum service experts. CBA allows administrators to monitor system health remotely via a secure cloud-based portal. CBA software proactively sends system statistics and log data to a central portal, providing administrators with a comprehensive view into their backup environments.

Featured Benefits

Maximize Data Reduction

All DXi appliances leverage Quantum’s variable-length deduplication algorithm to maximize data reduction, minimize disk storage and minimize WAN traffic when replicating.

Maximize Production System Availability

DXi appliances provide high-performance ingest of up to 99 TB/hr throughput using DXi Accent™ with restore capabilities for all leading backup applications.

Scale Capacity with Ease

DXi appliances make it easy to scale capacity more linearly as your data grows, often simply via a license key, and in more granular increments than other solutions.

Reduce Data Center Power and Cooling

DXi appliances deliver the most efficient design in the market, with best-in-class storage densities that enable customers to protect their data with fewer disks, which means less rack space, less power and less cooling.
